BoxPlunge Return Policy
Return Policy: 15 Days
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions below.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product must also be included.

- All returns will be subject to a deduction of the actual shipping costs (from $5 to $1,300 for in-land to up to $2,000 for Hawaii, Canada or Alaska), 2% or 3% of the total transaction (transaction fee) & may be subject to a stocking fees of up to 25% all of which will be subtracted from the refund amount.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-10 business days after deducting the restocking and shipping fees.
Exclusions:
- The warranty and return policy do not cover normal wear and tear of the product or damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
- Consumable items (e.g., batteries, cartridges) are not covered by the warranty and are non-returnable.
- Products that have clear minor cosmetic imperfections (i.e. minor imperfections on the wrapping paper or finish of the product).
- Products that have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty and return policy.
